My production assistant helped me the most during that part. I printed some shot list schedule with the arrival time of everybody. I didn’t bother doing a crew call shit separately because we had a WhatsApp conversation and the whole team with cast was relatively small.
everybody has a precise role and knew what to do.
I planned the filming on 4 days. The DOP agreed to it. 2 days for indoors shooting/2 days for outdoors shooting.
what was the most important thing was to train the production assistant explaining what their role were, always helping and being present and making sure we on time.
