I had a hard time to know what I was exactly going to say because everything mattered, to the first essay I wrote on the subject to give some historical, political and cultural background to 6 minute video I saw about cinematography.
But I asked myself: how would I sell this project ? Which numbers would I say to people for them to understand the project itself and its place in this unfair world without loosing my objectivity but being true to my subjectivity as an artist.
So I refined it many times. My pitch itself is actually very long but I felt the explanation was needed.
